This Policy explains how Lotuspharm Manufacturing Private Limited (“Lotuspharm”) uses cookies and browser storage on lotuspharm.pro.
1. Current website configuration
The current website configuration does not use analytics, advertising, remarketing or profiling trackers.
Only strictly necessary cookie or session-storage technologies are used. Accordingly, Lotuspharm does not currently use an optional-cookie consent banner.
2. Current inventory
| Name / technology | Provider | Purpose | Category | Retention | Location / transfer |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
beget |
Beget / lotuspharm.pro | Anti-DDoS and bot-challenge security used in connection with the pharmacovigilance form. | Strictly necessary | Session | Russian Federation |
pv-reporting-success-v1 (sessionStorage) |
lotuspharm.pro | Stores the fact that a pharmacovigilance report was successfully submitted so that the confirmation message can be displayed. | Strictly necessary functional storage | Until the browser tab is closed | Stored locally in the browser |
3. Why these technologies are used
These technologies support website security and the functioning of the pharmacovigilance reporting workflow. They are not used to build advertising profiles, track users across unrelated websites or perform behavioural marketing.
4. Consent
Lotuspharm does not currently ask for consent for optional cookies because optional analytics, advertising and profiling cookies are not used on the production website.
If the website is later changed to introduce optional analytics, advertising, embedded-media or profiling technologies, Lotuspharm will update this Policy and, where required by applicable law, implement a consent mechanism before those technologies are activated.
5. Browser controls
Users can delete or block cookies through their browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may impair website security or the correct operation of the pharmacovigilance form.
6. Changes to this Policy
This Policy will be updated if the website’s cookie or browser-storage configuration changes.
7. Contact
Questions concerning privacy or browser storage may be sent to info@lotuspharm.pro.
